Our services include:
We provide full management of your accommodation during the rental season and throughout the year!
- Photo shoot to advertise the house.
- Advertisements on our own website and on all international portals.
- Managing all reservations for your accommodation: before we confirm each reservation, we make sure, through direct contact with the prospective tenants, that the clients are the ones we are looking for for their house.
- Check-in and Check-out service: we check that the whole house is in the same condition as the tenant found it on arrival.
- Cleaning on tenants' departure by professional companies.
- Bed linen and towels. No need to worry about this either, as we provide our clients with the bed linen and towels needed for their stay.
- Upon departure, we offer a laundry service by a professional laundry company in the area.
- 24-hour telephone assistance: owners and tenants. We are available for any problems, tourist information or questions customers may have during their stay.
- We respect at all times the rules for acceptance of clients of your property (groups of young people are not allowed, pets are not allowed ...).
- We manage all contracted maintenance services: pool maintenance, gardener, repairs ...
